With the standard system EasyKat®, Plan Software offers an electronic distribution system, with which one can independently produce self-designed intelligent electronic product catalogues and configurators for CD-ROM and Internet.
Past
The roots of Plan Software Ltd. date back to a time when no one even spoke of 'E-Business', 'E-Commerce' or 'Cross-Media' even the internet was still a relatively unknown medium. The first electronic catalogue that Plan Software developed in the year 1993 for the mechanical engineering industry, was at that time, still distributed on diskette.
Present
This system, a real pioneer work at that time, has meanwhile been developed further into a modern internet-compatible product selection and configuration system. The company that commissioned this product eleven years ago is still a loyal customer of Plan Software and meanwhile applies a wide variety of efficient product catalogues, interpretation systems and quote configurators which are widely used and rate among the best electronic distribution systems in the industry.
Since its founding, Plan Software Ltd. has systematically developed its technology further and in 2002 was able win the "Saarland Venture Capital Company" as a new partner. The capital gained from this partnership has consequently been invested by Plan Software to develop its technology further and thereby creating releasable products.
In the future
With the EasyKat® product line, systems are being offered for the first time, which enable our clients to independently create, intelligent distribution systems and configurators tailored to their own needs, thereby providing reliable integration with already existing IT structures. It also guarantees a maximum investment security due to the ensured ability to create releasable products.
